To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   VP Corporate Quality (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Define and implement Utimaco’s global Quality strategy in alignment with business objectives, future fields of operation and customer expectations
  • Lead, develop and strategically align the international Quality organization, fostering a consistent culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Own and continuously improve a globally consistent, scalable Quality Management System, including processes, governance, roles, KPIs and management reporting
  • Ensure high-quality standards across the complete product and service lifecycle, from R&D and industrialization through manufacturing, delivery, operation and improvement
  • Oversee compliance, certification, customer and supplier quality, including audits, complaints, field issues, corrective actions and recurring quality risks
  • Drive digital, data-driven Quality transformation through transparent reporting, KPI dashboards and the integration of Quality data into enterprise systems

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in Quality Management within an industrial company, ideally in an international environment
  • Proven experience with electrical or electronic products, matrix organizations and senior-levelstakeholder relationships
  • Deep knowledge of electrical engineering, shopfloor processes, software lifecycle quality, Lean and Six Sigma methods
  • Understanding of secure technologies and ideally familiarity with HSM technology, ITIL processes and Service Management.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong communication, presentation, organizational and change-management skills
