To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

  • Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels.
  • Design, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, SEO) with measurable KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data to uncover growth opportunities and refine campaigns.
  • Test, experiment, and scale new marketing tactics to reach and engage target audiences globally.
  • Report regularly on campaign results, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

Your profile:

  • Experience: You have solid hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
  • Analytical mindset: You are skilled in analyzing data, drawing insights and recommending optimization actions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You enjoy working closely with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Agility and Innovation: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment and bring a test-and-learn approach to your work.
  • Communication: Your English communication is clear and engaging across written and verbal formats.
  • Self-organization: You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize efficiently in a remote setup.
