To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Quality Assurance Engineer

Your tasks:

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities within agile product team
  • Design, develop and execute tests by using test automation tools
  • Manage and maintain test environments for different test setups
  • Identify, record, document and track bugs in hardware and software products
  • Perform thorough regression testing
  • Assist and train other members of a product team for improving their QA mindset and skillset
  • Track and monitor QA metrics and derive measures to improve them
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Your profile:

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Confident dealing with scripting languages (e.g., bash scripting, Python)
  • Confident using the Windows console or Linux terminal
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Fluent in English
  • ISTQB® or other software testing certifications are a plus, but not required
