To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Senior CQM Specialist

Your tasks:

  • The Senior CQM Specialist is responsible for implementing and supporting the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with Utimaco‘s policies, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards. 
  • Write, revise, and review procedures and policies
  • Investigate or serve as point of contact and Quality issues.
  • Assemble, analyze and report QA data (metrics) to ensure regulatory compliance, identify trends and to identify areas of improvement
  • Aide in assessing risk during Vendor Qualifications or Quality Assessments
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
    •  Facilitates uniform standards and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.
    •  Management and facilitation of quality documentation system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with legal and information security team and helps us in information security topics.
  • Lead supplier quality management activities, including supplier/vendor audits, security and risk checks and performance evaluations.
  • Manage the documentation control process to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and procedures.
  • Participate in external audits and certifications as required.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management roles within the technology industry, preferably in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Expertise in quality management systems, including ISO 9001 standards. Knowledge of different quality standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001/2 preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of leading quality improvement projects and driving measurable results.
  • Experience conducting internal audits and managing supplier quality programs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the technology industry.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma) is a plus.
