To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Java Developer

Your tasks:

  • Implement, integrate, and document a REST API framework to make use of Utimaco’s GP HSMs.
  • API development: design, code, verify, test and document APIs for integrating 3rd party software with Utimaco products.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to API components.
  • Modify existing programs, prepare test data and functional specifications.
  • Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks.
  • Write object-oriented, clean, and maintainable code.
  • Development for Linux operating systems.

Your profile:

  • At least 3-5+ years of experience in developing APIs
  • Experience with design and development of REST API platforms using OpenAPI Specification
  • Expertise in Core Java, Java & J2ee
  • Hands-on experience in web services-RESTful
  • Experience with swagger tools or similar.
  • Defines specifications and develop programs, prepares test data, and prepares functional specifications.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient spoken and written command of English.
  • Sound knowledge of network protocols
  • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar
