To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Scrum Master

Your tasks:

  • Applying agile methodology to plan, manage and deliver solutions
  • Training and coaching of teams in applying agile values, principles, and practices
  • Applying suitable frameworks(e.g. Kanban, Scrum) and facilitate retrospectives, dailies and reviews to support agile working
  • Using interpersonal skills to manage team and remove impediments
  • Monitoring of progress as well as tracking of project deliverables
  • Responsibility for driving demonstratable development outcomes (e.g. demo, product delivery at the end of sprint)

Your profile:

  • University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas described
  • Problem-solving skills for facilitating meetings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability for empowering teams and to drive continuous improvement
  • Very good communication skills in English
