To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Professional Service Engineer

Your tasks:

As a Professional Service Engineer, you are the technical bridge between our customers, partners, and our solutions. You work closely with the customer, implement tailored integrations, and ensure that our products are used optimally.


What to expect:


  • Development, implementation, and delivery of product integrations as well as individual solutions
  • Implementation of technical requirements using existing APIs
  • Technical consulting and support during integration, installation, testing, rollout, and production operation
  • Documentation of best practices, work instructions, and guidelines for standardization
  • Close collaboration with Solution Architects, PreSales Engineers, Account Managers, and Solution Sales Managers to identify synergies between existing and new products

Your profile:

We are looking for personalities – not perfect resumes. If you recognize yourself in many points, we look forward to your application.

  • Education: You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Mindset: Enthusiasm for IT support security projects, technical consulting, and working with customers
  • Knowhow: Understanding of product integrations and "as-a-service" models. Initial experience in IT support, development, professional services, or presales is advantageous
  • Travel: approx. 70% – you enjoy being on the move and appreciate direct interaction with customers on site
  • Language: Very good German skills are required, good English skills are also important
