To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Professional Services Engineer

Your tasks:

  • Develop, implement, and deploy product integrations and customized technical solutions for Utimaco customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Provide technical consultation, implementation, and post-deployment support during the full solution lifecycle (installation, integration, testing, and production).

  • Work closely with customers to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical deliverables using Utimaco APIs and SDKs.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to design and deliver optimal customer solutions.

  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for technical issues in customer environments.

  • Document all deployments, integration procedures, and best practices for internal and customer use.

  • Support regional training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to partners and customers.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and knowledge base materials.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as professional services, IT support, or system integration.

  • Strong understanding of software integration concepts, APIs, SDKs, and scripting.

  • Familiar with networking, system security, and application deployment.

  • Experience with Windows and Linux systems; knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, or vendor-specific certifications) are an advantage.
