To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Manager IT Infrastructure

Your tasks:

  • You are part of the team who is responsible for the global network infrastructure services (planning, design, installation and administration
  • You  ensure the proper service delivery of the entitled end to end services (network infrastructure, Storage, Server, VM, interfaces, …)
  • 2nd and/or 3rd level support IT Network services
  • Continuous improvement of the existing network services
  • Join the cloud journey of Infrastructure Services and support the Cloud Services
  • Be part of the M&A projects and their integration
  • You support the network architecture
  • Documentation is part of the job description. We are working based on ITIL and PRINCE2

Your profile:

  • Basic knowledge in the field of network/infrastructure
  • Basic understanding of user accounts, permissions, and group policies
  • Basic knowledge of installations, updates, and patch management
  • Security awareness: malware protection, firewall, compliance fundamentals
  • Documentation skills (ticket systems, change requests)
  • Willingness to learn, structured working style, and problem-solving ability
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
