To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Head of IT

Your tasks:

  • Manage a team of System Engineers; monitoring and ensuring the proper operation of all IT equipment
  • Responsible for maintaining service levels within the departmental guidelines through planning and scheduling
  • Define processes and functions to ensure quality goals are met
  • Manage employee performance and group productivity. Regularly evaluate individual employee job performance, providing constructive suggestions for improvement and rewarding accomplishments
  • Design, maintain and improve the company network as well as Client Management

Your profile:

  • Experience of guiding a team within a system engineering environment
  • Good understanding of network and server environments including HW requirements
  • Knowledge of industry standard methodologies, tools and processes for providing IT services
  • Experience of installation, configuration and troubleshooting network, firewall, storage and servers
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written in German and English language
