To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Take ownership of company-wide IT and digital transformation initiatives. You will connect management, business teams, IT, Security, Legal and external partners, helping teams deliver with clarity, transparency and pace.

  • Lead international IT and digital transformation projects end to end, spanning infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, workplace, applications, security and cross-organisational initiatives such as M&A or carve-outs
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, estimates, risks and escalations, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines, costs and quality standards
  • Bring interdisciplinary teams and external service providers together, coordinating closely with team leads and engaging stakeholders through change
  • Apply AI practically to planning, risk and status analysis, reporting and decision support, using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Langdock or comparable solutions
  • Strengthen project governance, standards and best practices; identify opportunities to improve processes, automate work and optimise toolchains
  • Provide clear, decision-ready updates to senior management and the board while ensuring regulatory, information security and data protection requirements are considered

Your profile:

  • A degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of project management experience, including a strong track record delivering technical IT projects
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and agile project management approaches, particularly PRINCE2 and Agile
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, with sound process management experience and the ability to work effectively in a lean, performance-oriented IT organisation
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Business-level fluency in written and spoken German and English
