To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Senior Full Stack Developer

Your tasks:

• Multi-channel alert authoring, a unified editing experience spanning ~20 distinct message formats (SMS, cell broadcast, TV, radio, IVR, email, mobile, social, portal, and more)
• Geospatial tooling, drawing and editing alert distribution areas using Leaflet and Turf.js: polygons, cell-tower selection, sector shapes, predefined regions, and clustering
• Concurrency & coordination, mechanisms that let multiple operators safely work on the same alerts, templates, and events without conflict, including both polling-based locking and EventSource/SSE-driven real-time updates depending on the module
• Admin & platform features, user/role/group management, Active Directory integration, system configuration, fault management, geo management, and licensing
• Access control, working within and evolving a custom role-based access control (RBAC) framework spanning permissions, routing, and UI-level restrictions
• Internationalization, including full RTL (Arabic and Hebrew) support and per-customer localized builds
• Modernization efforts, helping evolve legacy patterns (shared state, form handling, HTTP layers) toward more maintainable, idiomatic Angular practices

Your profile:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong experience in backend development and the ability to deliver features across the full application stack.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring Cloud and distributed application architectures.
• Strong understanding of event-driven microservices, including designing, implementing, and troubleshooting services in distributed environments.
• Strong knowledge of application and backend security, including authentication, authorization, secure API design, access control, and secure development practices.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis, including data modeling, querying, performance considerations, and integration within backend services.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including developing and troubleshooting containerized applications.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Solid frontend development capabilities using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to independently implement the frontend portion of an end-to-end feature.
• Experience working with complex, domain-heavy enterprise applications and large existing codebases.
• Ability to understand a business requirement and take ownership of its implementation end to end, including architecture, backend services, database changes, APIs, frontend implementation, testing, and delivery.
• A pragmatic mindset around legacy code and technical debt, with the ability to deliver reliably while continuously improving the codebase.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined engineering practices, with ownership of code quality, security, maintainability, and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to effectively use AI throughout the development lifecycle, including understanding existing code, designing solutions, implementing features, refactoring, debugging, testing, and reviewing changes.

Nice To have:

• Experience with geospatial and mapping technologies such as Leaflet, Turf.js, or similar libraries.
• Experience with RBAC systems, permission modeling, identity management, or access-control architecture.
• Experience developing systems with high availability, redundancy, and resiliency requirements.
• Experience with messaging technologies and asynchronous communication between microservices.
• Experience with multiple Angular UI component libraries such as Material, PrimeNG, DevExtreme, or similar.
• Experience modernizing large enterprise applications while maintaining backward compatibility.
