To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a: Digital Marketing Manager
Your tasks:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our web strategy to drive traffic, grow leads, and enhance the overall user experience. You will oversee various digital marketing channels, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a strong focus on SEO, SEM, Email, social media and blog content planning.
- Develop Web Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive web strategy to drive traffic, generate leads, and support business growth.
- Manage Vendors and Roadmaps: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to develop and manage a 6 and 12 month roadmap with key milestones and improvements. This will also include integrations from acquisitions.
- Traffic and Lead Generation: Drive and track year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter growth in website traffic and lead generation.
- SEO and SEM: Develop and execute SEO and SEM plans to improve search engine rankings on agreed terms year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter to increase online visibility.
- Innovation: Manage and drive the UX to be modern and fresh with improvements and new, current technology improvements like chat, ai, video and other technology.
- Product Management Approach: Treat the website as a product, developing and executing a roadmap with key milestones and improvements to drive pipeline growth
- Content Planning and publishing: Oversee the social media and blog calendar, ensuring alignment with key terms and business objectives with timeline published content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track lead-to-revenue metrics using Salesforce and other tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Your profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with some leadership and project experience desired. Design, Digital, Marketing agency experience a bonus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a other related field. Master's degree in broader marketing or digital discipline desired.
- Certifications: Marketing operations, content management, artificial intelligence, data analytics, content management, sales management tool certifications desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Drupal, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, and other content management and marketing automation systems.
- SEO and SEM Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and tools.
- Communication: Strong German and English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
