To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Head of Finance Germany

Your tasks:

  • Supervises general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements
  • Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
  • Performs the timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing activities (HGB & IFRS)
  • Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports
  • Conducts or assists in Group projects like M&A
  • Manages and develops the Team for the German Accountants (Finance Business Partners & Accounts Payable specialists)

Your profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience in various Finance roles with very good knowledge of Accounting
  • Financial/Accounting or Business Administration education
  • Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards
  • Good knowledge in working with financial accounting systems and taxation
  • Ideally SAP Business One experience
  • Experienced as a Team Manager
