To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   HR Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Develop, run, analyze, and continuously optimize standardized and robust HR reporting systems.
  • Create and define HR-related KPIs, driving the internal process architecture with key interfaces and stakeholders.
  • Analyze key HR indicators, including headcount and FTE development, absence statistics, HR total & individual costs, salary benchmarks, turnover rate, and demographic analysis.
  • Manage the operations and execution of the compensation plan for sales commissions and annual MBO schemes.
  • Conduct standard, ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, supporting annual corporate planning procedures, particularly during budget processes and fiscal year start and end.
  • Prepare personnel cost planning and control, analyzing headcount development, and acting as the contact person for all personnel cost-related topics.
  • Design and implement project topics such as benchmarks, audit programs for accounting and financial control systems, identifying internal control gaps in HR business & planning procedures, and initiating appropriate remedial action.
  • Drive or co-drive projects initiated by yourself or major stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration with a specialization in controlling.
  • 3+ years of experience in controlling.
  • Proficient in using reporting software and excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of integrated systems in small to mid-sized companies.
  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
