To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You're a part of the team responsible for global network infrastructure services, covering planning, design, installation, and administration
  • You offer 2nd and/or 3rd level support for IT Network services
  • You continuously improve existing network services
  • You're involved in the cloud journey of Infrastructure Services and support Cloud Services
  • You're part of M&A projects and their integration
  • You assist in supporting the network architecture. Documentation is part of your responsibilities, following ITIL and PRINCE2
  • Lastly, you actively promote information exchange among departments to support our (internal) customer and be a team player within the overall IT

Your profile:

 

  • You're a certified Cisco Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment. Therefore we rely on your expertise in the following areas:
     
    • Cisco Catalyst 9xxx
    • Cisco Nexus Switches
    • Cisco Firepower Firewalls and Firepower Management Center
    • Cisco DNA including ISE
    • Cisco Secure Network Analytics
    • DCIM & IPAM tools (e.g., NetBox)
    • Network analysis and penetration testing
       
  • You skillfully apply your distinctive analytical and structured approach to work
  • You possess excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German would complement your profile
