To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a:   Program Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products that are ready for customer use.
  • Daily program management throughout the program/product life-cycle.
  • Defines the program governance and plans the overall program, monitoring progress.
  • Manages and utilizes resources across projects, coordinating program time schedules.
  • Manages the program’s budget and overlapping program risks and issues, taking corrective measurements.
  • Coordinates the program and its inter-dependencies, managing stakeholders’ communication.
  • Aligns deliverables to the program’s outcome and manages the main program documents, including common change management.
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
  • Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases, contributing to and liaising with product management, supply chain management, production, marketing, engineering, and sales.

Your profile:

  • University degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT, Technology, and/or Security information systems industry.
  • Strong commercial experience with a good understanding of project management tools and techniques.
  • Preferably PMI / PRINCE2 certification, ITIL v3 foundation certification.
  • Preferably experience in customer interaction and working across different cultures.
  • Additional education and experience for senior position.
