Zur Verstärkung unserer Corporate Unit suchen wir ab sofort am Standort Aachen, Düsseldorf, bundesweit einen:   

CTO (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Develop and execute the Group-wide technology strategy aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Drive innovation with a specific focus on quantum computing and AI technologies
  • Own the product architecture and technology roadmap, connecting technological excellence
    with business value and customer outcomes
  • Build a focused innovation portfolio with clear priorities, investment decisions and measurable outcomes
  • Ensure secure, scalable and resilient platforms, and govern architecture, cloud adoption and
    DevSecOps practices
  • Manage technology-related risks, cybersecurity, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement

Dein Profil:

  • Extensive experience in international technology, engineering or product leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in technology strategy, transformation and organizational scaling, including multi-year product and technology roadmaps
  • Strong expertise or substantial leadership experience in cybersecurity, cryptography, resilient systems and technology-related compliance; a background in quantum cryptography or AI business models is a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of modern software, platform and systems architectures, as well as secure development and operating models
  • Experience working with Executive Boards, senior leadership teams, customers and strategic partners, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high execution focus and excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
