Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • You advise the business units of the group of companies in all legal matters in an independent and self-reliant manner;
  • You review and create contracts of all kinds, with a focus on IT- and data protection law;
  • You negotiate contracts with international customers and partners and evaluate their terms and conditions;
  • You assume responsibility for compliance matters including reviewing and implementing compliancepolicies;
  • You will manage the group's patent and trademark portfolio and handle other intellectual property-related tasks.

Dein Profil:

  • You are a fully qualified lawyer and have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment or a commercial law firm;
  • You have legal experience in IT- and data protection laws on an international level and ideally also knowledge of corporate law and in the field of litigation;
  • You are characterized by a conscientious way of working, a solution-oriented way of thinking, negotiation skills and understanding of economic contexts;
  • You have the ability to work with a high degree of independence;
  • You have a very goodcommand of spoken and written English.
