Business Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Own end-to-end customer order processing, from receipt of the customer order to delivery of Utimaco products and services
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation in our ERP and CRM systems
  • Process incoming orders and prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, certificates, and export documents
  • Coordinate delivery dates with Production, external freight forwarders, and the Supply Chain team to ensure punctual deliveries within Europe and to Asia
  • Document business transactions and contract management processes, and maintain complete master data
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Accounting, Sales, Production, customers, and partners

Dein Profil:

  • Completed commercial training as an industrial or wholesale and retail clerk, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in order processing or related areas
  • Experience in an international technology company is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of CRM (ideally Salesforce) and ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) for order entry, delivery, and invoicing
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage
  • Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working, even under time pressure, with excellent communication skills in German and English
