Deine Aufgaben:

About the role:

Various organisations, including banks, technology companies and other security-sensitive industries, rely on cryptographic services to protect sensitive data and cryptographic keys. As part of our Trust-as-a-Service offering, Utimaco operates Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) across data centres around the world.

Our HSM Operations team manages these systems from controlled secure-room environments. As our services continue to grow, we are looking for an HSM Operations Administrator & Video Editor to support the team in Aylesbury.

This is a varied role combining the creation and maintenance of short instructional videos for our customer-facing services with controlled HSM and cryptographic key management activities. The HSM-related activities are performed according to detailed, documented procedures and can be learned as part of the role. Previous HSM experience is therefore not required.

Due to the secure-room responsibilities, this is primarily an on-site position based in Aylesbury.

Activities:

  • Create and update short instructional videos explaining key features and functionality of our services and customer portals.
  • Record and edit video content to provide a clear, professional and consistent user experience, including good-quality audio.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing video library as services and customer portals evolve.
  • Work together with other authorised team members to perform HSM and cryptographic key management activities from the secure room, following approved step-by-step procedures.
  • Act as a stand-in Security Officer when required, performing defined security-sensitive activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate operational and administrative records.
  • Support the HSM Operations team with other administrative and operational activities as required.

Dein Profil:

  • Experience with PC-based video recording and editing tools.
  • Ability to create clear and professional instructional videos with consistent visual and audio quality.
  • Good general understanding of IT and technology.
  • Interest in information security, cryptography and related technologies.
  • Highly organised, accurate and reliable way of working.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently and precisely.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technical concepts and processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working with standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a controlled and security-sensitive environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work primarily on-site in Aylesbury.
