Deine Aufgaben:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with our Sales leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity and IT solutions environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategy, driving commercial performance, and supporting profitable growth across the Americas. Our Finance Business Partner will report to the Director of Finance and Operations with a dotted line to our Chief Sales and Strategy Officer.
The ideal candidate would be based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to ensure alignment with team operations and business hours.
This is a critical role that blends strategic insight, commercial acumen, and financial discipline. As a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, you’ll influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and play a central role in aligning financial outcomes with commercial ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Act as the primary finance contact for Sales leadership, driving performance against revenue and margin targets.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Lead sales-related forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue projections across key regions and customer segments using data driven decision making.
- Commercial Insight: Analyze pricing, contract terms, discount structures, and customer profitability to support deal-making and optimize margin.
- Performance Management: Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales team performance, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
- Deal Support: Support complex deal negotiations, providing financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
- Business Case Development: Partner with Sales and Product to evaluate the financial impact of new service lines, market entry, and customer initiatives.
- Budgeting & Planning: Drive the sales budget process and integrate it with wider FP&A activities. Coordinate
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and ROI measurement.
- Drive pipeline management and funnel accuracy in SFDC and collaborate closely with Sales Operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance reporting tools, automate processes, and improve data accuracy and decision-making speed.
Dein Profil:
- 8 years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 3+ years supporting sales finance.
- MBA and/or a CPA is a plus. Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles for a diverse HW/SW/Subscription and PS product portfolio.
- Industry experience in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, subscription models, deal structuring.
- Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills; familiarity with BI/reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to challenge and support C-suite decisions.
- Commercial mindset with a strategic outlook and attention to operational detail.
- Collaborative problem solver with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Strong command of English language is essential. Familiarity with Spanish and/or German is considered an asset.
- Finance/Economics Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must possess executive-level composure and influence in critical moments.
