Inside Sales Manager

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new leads and business opportunities with the help of our CRM system, Salesforce
  • Manage maintenance contracts with a large number of existing customers worldwide
  • Ensuring smooth relationships with customers as well as internal partners such as business operations, supply chain, production and sales
  • Work closely with sales and channel managers to ensure timely qualification and follow-up of leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead generation and lead pre-qualification
  • Processing of requests for price quotes, order changes and adjustments from customers and partners

 

Dein Profil:

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in inside sales, ideally in an IT company
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English are mandatory
  • You have a customer-oriented attitude and mindset, as well as a team player mentality
  • Your ability to develop new business and your track record of exceeding individual/team sales goals set you apart
  • You are also enthusiastic, energetic and maintain a positive attitude in all circumstances
