HR Working Student (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, e.g., contract management and personnel administration 
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creation of employee documents and maintenance of the systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • You help enter and maintain master data by using our HR software.
  • Providing support and guidance for employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.
  • Actively participating in the implementation and optimization of HR processes.

Dein Profil:

  • You are studying at a university and are eager to gain new or enrich your existing experience in the field of human resources 
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • You are willing to work at least 50% in the Aachen office
  • You are good at organizing and able to work reliably and independently
  • You have experience with MS Office programs
